| The firm
normally charges the legal services provided to its clients
by the actual hours spent to accomplish the assigned tasks times
the hourly fee of each lawyer assigned to the task. BTP lawyers'
hourly fees are ranging from US$ 100.00 (one hundred United
States Dollars) to US$ 300.00 (three hundred United States Dollars)
depending on the seniority of lawyer and his/her qualification
in handling the relevant works. The firm also provides its clients
with pre-agreed lump sum fees for extensive corporate or litigation
works. For certain litigation works, the firm charges moderately
reasonable legal fees supplemented with a pre-agreed success
fee which will only be incurred by our clients upon successful
representation. Our legal fees are exclusive of Value Added
Tax (VAT), normal disbursements (such as transportation costs,
long-distance telephones, facsimiles, photocopies and courier
services) and in certain type of works, government administrative
duties. |
