Mr. Teja has been registered as an authorized Indonesian
Capital Market Legal Consultant. Throughout his lawyering
career, Mr. Teja has developed expertise in practice areas
of Finance and Banking, Structured Finance, Financial Engineering,
Corporate and Debt Restructuring, Corporate and Commercial
Law, and Taxation.
