The Banking & Finance department of BTP advises public or private Indonesian companies, public or private foreign entities, mostly banks, securities firm and financial institution for their savings and lending, secured transactions, swap and derivative transactions, reorganization, restructuring, distressed debt or asset recoveries and financial engineering transactions.

The Capital Market & Commercial Department has extensive and full range of services from the issuance of securities, securities trading, government supervisory agency and stock exchanges related matters to the structuring of corporate finance transactions until the negotiation of investment scheme. We are qualified to handle any Capital Market and Securities transactions and the Partners are authorized Capital Market Legal Consultant by virtue of Decree of Chairman of Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Board including some exceptional experiences in handling Capital Market & Commercial litigation works.

As both founding partners of BTP also have expertise and experience in Tax & Investment works, the Tax & Investment department of BTP is qualified to provide our clients, and their financial advisors or auditor, with comprehensive tax laws advice, international tax planning and client’s representation in dealing with various tax issues within and outside of the tax office or tax court.
